Out of interest, this kinda of activity break any law? - above and beyond being a general nuiscance. I mean you're basically obtaining a password for a computer game via deception, is that illegal? Is the dodgy attachment breaking any law? Who is the injured party if it does, you or GOA?

I'd imagine so, the attachment is esssentially a trojan, maliciously spreading viruses and trojans is certainly punishable Ownership of online items is a hot topic in the legal world of over countries but it's yet to become an issue here.

In the UK the Computer Misuse Act (1990) would cover this. With the recent change it covers it even more.
