The sages of Atlantis
Amongst the novelties that will allow you to gain time on Atlantis either for some artefacts encounters or master levels, you will see that one of the sages located in the Havens now sells at various prices, some objects essential to successfully complete an encounter. If you couldn't get one of these objects or if you don't have time to go and search for them again, you can now visit this sage who will sell them to you. You can see the list of these objects as well as their sell price in the pictures below.

You still need credit for the ML5 group steps to become a mummy, or at least you used to. When I tried using the parts on my necro to do it with my infil it didn't work.

100% correct, in order to make use of the items u need the steps done.

What do work tho is that you can get 5.10 granted and do groupsteps later on.
