Maddening Scalars question

Searched around and cant find any info on this - anyone know if druids can now get the caster version of maddening scalars arti as opposed to the useless melee based one we traditionally got? If so, is it possible to trade in an old version?

It's still the same in 1.82 so i guess the answer is no :)
