No, and tbh instead of asking for everyones opinion at this forum you should ask them directly instead.

I very much doubt it.
Although I have sometimes wished it were possible, there are some very good reasons (trust, vault robbers, etc) why it's not allowed.
At least, Mythic never seemed to allow it.
Maybe GoA sees it differently.

Get a friend that will report your name as offensive in his language. If "Slobodan" was renamed back than, than any name can be, just let your friend whine enough.
