Thats old school new. Some of that is wrong tho.

Weapons and Armor should be repaired at 97% TRUE

Jewelry should NOT be repaired and allowed to drop to 70%, UNLESS it got +skills on em. Only thing that goes away at 70% is Skills and Focus on an Item.

I only repair my staff and armour at 90% to ensure it lasts longer and don't have any problems when it gets that low, I'm not entirely sure this site is really correct at all tbh with you.

I played Tank on Excal, and once my armor dropped below 95% I felt the more dmg. However my jewelry are all at 70% ;)
