I agree, arguing about things, over and over again after they were clarified is pointless. But than the only way people can express their opinions about the state of GOA's service are your official polls or forums - since you don't create polls like "Do you think XML is important and should be fixed?", people use forums and get carried away by emotions. Telling them "you dont get XML fixed, because you're not paying for it" is a good way to boost negative emotions.

What exactly should we say when someone throws the EULA at us in that manner?

edit: I felt Requiel was being very informative here I only lost it when we got the EULA thrown at us in what was not a very nice manner.

Maybe if some of those problems would have been really solved it wouldn't be any need to come and defend an undefendable position? Hence y peeps get tired of broken promises, "covered" truth (note that i didn't say lies ? xD) and random general answers to problems raised by playerbase.
But surely we are the bad fellas and he got all the reasons by his side ... not, my ass, i'm paying (like all of us do) his monthly revenue and i want some ****ing answers and a timetable for a change, not the usual **** that his boss force him to write down on "unoffical" forums, since it would be laughed at if some of these things would have been posted on the official site.

As Requiel said, he doesn;t have to post on here, and if he finds it impossible to distinguih anger expressed at the company he is representing and personal insults I feel it is probably better he doesn't.

people keep calling him a liar more or less anyway...they keep telling him that he is wrong. I can understand the frustration on GOA, hell I even feel it myself as im part of this community too...but imo there are some more or less personal insults here all the time. I know you proberbly wont agree, but thats how I see it. And thats why this forum is starting to suck bigtime.

Blaming the community for their reaction to what they percieve as a repeatedly lousy service is not the most positive way forward IMO, & afaics from posts & RightNows the hostility is pretty mutual. Not a good sign for a customer/provider relationship at all

Ok I see what you mean now. To be frank the unanimous agreement here is that this is not Requiel's fault, that said if things are that bad that he throws EULA's around like this then IMO he is better off out of the forum.

As for the forum - it has not changed one bit what has changed is that there is growing unrest at the ****ty service we are getting. Surely, you cannot blame people for feeling so angry and frustrated and then expressing it ?

Its one thing to get upset, its another thing to flame/whine in every second post that people make here. No specific person accussed. Im angry/Frustrated but that doesnt mean i have to be aggressive in every post...it doesnt mean I have to do personal insults either. Lots of you also seem unable to argue at all withing adding tons of swearing...not sure why people think their opinion will heard louder just cos they add the swearing. Oh well, thats MY opinion anyway and tbh I dont really care if any of you agree or not.

There is a big difference with argueing and attacking someone's person.
