OK, bring in the DB Techies

i dont get another thing.
If GOA cant work with the database then how are we getting these items back?
surely they are on the database?
And if things were only deleted why does one ranger have 6 bows as armour and 2 armour as weapons unless this was manually changed and if so why.

GOA probably have a toolset to add the items in, as opposed to actually using SQL and database admin functions.

As regards 6 bows as armour - thats beyond me, do you actually have the bows, are are they just invalid 'place holders'?

someone posted in another thread

but others also report of having chain armour and such insted of their normal stuff
and my friend whos account was cleared had some lvl 3 cloth in his char backpack and he was playing a 40ish champ..
