Yes indeed here we go again. And i and others will do so untill, something is done. Like Dard say's i'm not getting any responce, untill i mail them again. I get no information what so ever (i want a status quo for example). It's bin over 6 month's and you say i can't complain about it cause goa aren't super human's. They mebbe can't do it at once, but if they take over 6 month's to restore my (or anyone else for that matter) they DO have a problem. If i'm not alloyed to whine about it (cause mailing to goa doesn't seem to help) on this board's then where can i vent my frustration?

As to say i can't complain cause it's bin said 1 billion times already, then yes there must be something wrong!

All i ask for is for someone to give me an reasonable explanation on why (and i quote:

And VegetaFH1 your not providing an answer with say'ing there no super human's. According to you they have to go down a list of names (abcde, etc?) or mebbe according to char level?

Anyway's that's not the point. The point is why is it taking so long for some people (not enough staff, difficulty's in coding, is something missing, etc etc).

Even you VegetaFH1 will have to admit that 6 month+ is too long...

Why do you have to make flamatory posts in every thread you see? It's really not big and clever!

Up until now I have tried to ignore them, but seriously it is getting too much!!!

Sorting this out in less than 6 months doesn't take a Superhuman effort, it just takes a little effort (and expense) from Goa, which they obviously aren't prepared to do.

It is a sad state of affairs that there remains people who cannot play their accounts as they would wish after such a long period.

It would be nice if GOA continued to make some sort of effort to keep people informed over the appropriate forum (at least it would save people wondering what was going on). I appreciate posting a note on the homepage takes a little time, but a quick note to say "hey the list has come down this month" or "oops due to a lot of people reporting new items lost the list has gone up" is not much to ask and does not take much time.

I am sure there are a lot of things taking up their time. But given their reputation has taken a hit over this and given there seems to be people spending less and less time in game a few minutes for an update could be time well spent.

coulda sworn they said, no clustering till items restores and now we have a new expansion aswell, money making > customer care

Well they said they wouldn't cluster before they had the situation under control, but I still can't see how it can take them more than 6 months to restore all the items. They did a lot the first week then it just slowed down until just after christmas where they've seemed to speed up the process which is way too late imo.

They cant really post 'everything still going as slow as it was before' in every news :/

Edit: I would usually agree that its quite alot of whining at GOA which imo can get quite anoying. But in this case I think they deserve answers. It's gone way too long already.

ill bring it to the attention of the GM's but im sure ill just get the usual answer of "they are working on it".

Also remember that if your account has been closed since the crash they wont be able to restore your items onto a closed account due to protection of privacy.

Ill mention it again but it is being dealt with.

I dont think theres alot left on the list now.. bearing in mind what awarkle stated..
also remember that if uve been on the classic server and not back on pry/exc. u will be put on hold.. Gms havent got the time to come looking for you on a different server.. they could have fixed another by then.. so u go on the on hold pile and they try again later..
and this was stated in a post from the community manger of GOA on FH..
