Return to Barrier Peaks? Played it for nostalgic reasons last year. Silly scenario

Just wanted to add that the Hand Of Quest mobs are right next to Curengkur NOT the Balere mob. Most characters won't be able to do that part of the quest solo or even as a duo, focus shield enchanters and animists of course, are the possible exceptions. When we attacked Curengkur as a guild group after doing Hand of God we had no trouble with his adds but didn't move the main mob below 99%. However, he didn't seem to have any special attacks other than big hitpoints and a big melee attack and seemed to not want to leave his immediate area. Of course it could simply be that we were not a serious enough threat to warrant using any other attacks

Remember with Latino (or was it Lorelei) abusing Majestic Will, my druid and Wonderer we got it to 5%

Then Majestic Will went out on the enchanter and while we could get the mob on Wonderer (after enchanter died) we simply ran out of mana and couldnt kill it until it killed us :<

Signing up with some of my toons, prolly animist if there is already aoe singer... tuesdayw ould be prefered, and i need to know the date before sunday, as I always do my raid plans at sunday night.

thnx - it was 22 years ago since I played it :-/

And i'm in btw, can bring chant & fop bot (on 2nd machine)

Yes - thats the Mob I was referring to.

@Mundokar
Could be a champ near/east of the stepstones at Krrzck - he has a VERY long aggro range and hates if you cross the river or swim nearby. If we are enough people we can try it as I said in first post.

Sorry, but can't say definitely because I have a really busy next week with business travels from Monday...Wednesday and a full schedule on Thursday - so am not sure if and when I get home and am able to play. Impossible to say for me if can make it. Sorry for that, but that's life...

So if anyone of you plans another event, raid etc. feel free to do so - np - we can do this Octo hunt another week

If I can go online today in the evening I'll do at least the first quest to know about what I am talking here and will run around a bit to find/confirm mob positions for quests and see best travel routes.

Will be online as Irah or maybe Weda (better running with warden speed to do that than walking with Animist).
