When will I get my stuff back???

I am lucky enough to have got my stuff back, but even to me this does seem a bit of a slap in the face to those who still wait.

In a way I can understand that for the game to grow or even continue then it needs new players and new blood. However to ignore the current players (and payers) and not have managed to sort them out after all this time seems a bit of a joke and will probably force more people away than the marketing trip will gain.

I know life and business is all about priorities but surely getting the current game right is the first on the list ?

Six weeks or more to do 80% is not good and to those who have waited those 6 weeks to only get the same compensation as me (who got his stuff back within a week) still seems unfair.

Ah well whine over - not sure it will do much good but if you are one of those waiting you have my full sympathy (not worth much I know).

It's all about prioritisation and the people owning the remaining 500 reports are being shown that they are not a high priority for you.

dont really think you have the right to say that. You dont know how many hours a day those ppl work. I dont see any reason why they shouldnt put those remaining 500 reports as a priority. And just because they went to a marketing exercise (wich you should be happy for that they do that cos marketing is good for this game) doesnt mean there was anyone left to work on the problem. You dont know if that was in the evening after workinghourse either or in the weekend.

I really do feel for everyone that hasnt had their items back, but posts like this is just oil on the fire.

Actually i agree with Cryn, I am not knocking any of the gms, but I think it is a poor show for GOA to pull people off for a PR exercise when they have custopmners waiting, in doing so, not only have they annoyed the people still waiting, but they have also increased the workload on the gms sorting out peoples missing items. Less people means it takes longer.....a longer time means more annoyed cutomers= more stress for the gms. So its not only bad for us, but them as well.

It's normal ppl get angry. Some ppl who did report the 6th sept (6 weeks ago today ! ) are still waiting. It's annoying if you still have to wait after so longtime.

This means ppl are paying 6 weeks but they can't play their char(s), if account is closed they can't repair it :bang:

We did get 12 free days, but some ppl couldn't play. Not every-one likes to roll alts every month :borg:

I understeand the GM's couldn't do anything about the crash, and they only can do a few repairs a day. It's just the lack on information what makes ppl angry. They could make a post every 2-3 days and tell us where they are. Takes only 10 min or so.

I dont get it anymore now. First ppl nag that doac isnt advertised enough. Then they go to a marketing course and now they get nagging cos of that.
Whatever they will do now its not good enough. Even if they would work 23h out of 24h ppl would still ask why not 24/24.

All i say is that aslong as you havent been to goa headquarters and that you havent seen how they actually work there you have no right to tell them they are not doing enough cos you simply have no idea what they are doing.

I guess to make Erce and Cryn happy they should stop doing any other work besides fixing the prydwen characters that got screwed up. It doesnt matter if the german, french or excall people have to suffer as long as the prydwen chars are all fixed.

Also the fact that they, since the beginning of the problems, have been working 12/13 hour days ofcourse is not enough.

The only lack i see is the lack of information given lately but when asked they did another update. Tis not like they can wield a magic wand and instantly give items back.

I have never nagged that they don;t advertise, and tbh, thats got nothing to do with this. I am not whining, I just want to know a time frame for when my stuff will be fixed. I don;t feel I am asking a lot.

This reminds me of the person who cried about the negative rep ratings. This is an internet forum, with people from many different countries/backgrounds, you can't expect everyone to agree with you. If you feel that what has been said in this thread is bullying, then maybe it's best you won't come here again... because everytime someone disagree's with you you'll end up unhappy! :<

Theres what... 20k or so people on all the EU servers most nights (~17,400 at time of posting), the 500 people with things missing, ARE in a minority of the playerbase. So while it is most likely something very high up on their lists of priorities, "the show must go on" as they say. RE: The PR event, it was announced BEFORE the Prydwen problems, events were already planned for it (such as the French 8v8 Tournament). You're telling me that because of a problem on 1 server, everything should be dropped to make the minority happy quicker, rather than go ahead with the already planned events, and not give themselves bad PR to the rest of the playerbase who do not play on Prydwen.
