They shud have given 7 days for inactive accounts also as they were at it, it might have encourgaged some people back.

True true, but then again they didnt really suffer from the lag

from what has gone it, it would appear to be both a hardware issue and software. remember they took down Pry for a OS upgrade . and then encountered a problem.

what makes me think this is more likey is that they have given the days back.

hence it was GOA fault ( maybe not the whoel lot, but the majority of blame can be directed at them) , thats why they refunded the days.

but still , will check my mail when i get home ... stupid work have blocked out all web email pages
