oooh ooohhh ohhhh what about rhubarb crumble... with baileys custard!?1?1?

the tartness of the rhubarb with the sweetness of the baileys custard....

lol you dont use a bottle per helping... well depends on the size of the bottle tbh... just a little mixed in with the normal custard

Well obviously the humour was lost on me.

Personally I'd go for a gooseberry tart with Cornish clotted cream (I like my tarts to have a bit of bite).

Crumbles are great, apple & blackcurrant is a personal fav. To put oats or not in the topping of a crumble is another dilema.

If I wanted a flapjack on top of my fruit I'd bloody order it... crumble should not have oats in it!

Apricot crumble with lashings of double thick whipped cream ftw! weird afters but dead nice !
