He're is another illustration why propaganda can be irrelevant to what opinions we form.

20 dangerous terrorists are currently being held at Guantanamo Bay for the security and protection of Western Civilisation

200 innocent prisoners are being held at Guantanamo Bay, and being subjected on a daily basis to humiliation and torture.

Now I dont give a shit which version is true (and those figures are just for illustration) I just need to know that in my belief system its wrong to hold people without trial for extended lengths of time.

this is interesting Crom because in the debate over Gad and stuff we disagreed on the fundamental principle that it is human interests that generate theory rather than the facts.... ;)

that sounds like a theory to me, not a fundamental principle!

People only seem to post for interesting stuff these days. I think no one found this question interesting hence the change of subject.

You could go on about how the Prydwen population has changed, how the nature of the boards have changed, etc etc - at the end of the day those that are here don't need to talk about it as they see it day in & day out. They really just want a thread that catches them & they can take part in.

I prefer a tart myself, but I suppose I can see the benefits of pie.

The question is now:

Which flavour?

Hmm I prefer tart too, but the Mrs doesn't like it when I call her that :)

Best Pie = Apple Pie... with Custard ofc :D

/Edit: But then Apple Crumble > Apple Pie!!

Aye agree, Apple Crumble.

Then ice cream, cream or custard?

I like it with ice cream as you get the contrast of temperature as well, but then I love custard, mmm, so many tough decisions in this life.
