We listen to Radio 2 at work (terry we luv you!) and they normally have a contest where they give you song lyrics and you have to make up the rest of it.

Todays contest was

I would have given you all of my heart

within 10mins the DJ told people to stop actually giving him lyrics with the most obvious rhyme but they ended up with a few good ones.

Some of the best were

I would have given you all of my heart.
But the Waterbed broke and we drifted apart.

I would have given you all of my heart.
But heres my credit card so thats a start.

anyone make any better

all i could think of (barring the obvious) was

I would have given you all of my heart.
But you left the next day in a horse and cart
