I thought i'd try and have a go at Shuffle! the game.

So i installed it and the text hooker (which also has an Addin that works with some Atlas program to auto translate into english)

I started it but it didn't work... it just repeated the word shuffle 100+ times

In the end i found out i didn't install any of the Asian Language packs which is why it didn't display the text correctly

Apparently shuffle! is one of the games texthooker doesn't really work with anyways ]http://www.shii.org/translate/shuffle/[/url]
Some people are doing a fan translation of shuffle! the game and the progress speed is reasonably fast, so I'll be waiting for it to be done to play shuffle! myself.. (prob a few months still

**** WARNING: Berserk manga rant begins! SPOILERS AHEAD! ****

Happened to read vol1-30 of Berserk this weekend. (yeah, that just "happens".. really!1!

) I really liked the anime series, and I'm glad to see the manga is pretty much more of the same

Though it must be said, guts does seem even cooler after becoming the black swordsman, real shame there's no 2nd season of the anime ;( But it's pretty clear that the anime people weren't intending for one imo, since they removed all appearances of the skull knight and the kushan guy from the anime even though they appeared a few times before the point in the manga where the anime chose to end at. So now looking back at the anime ending, it's clear it coulda been even worse of a let down, by having even more loose ends unfinished

As of vol30, I find it amusing to notice that things are actually going exactly how gatts had wanted em to when he left the band of the hawk. He wanted to achieve something of his own to no longer be beneath griffaith's dream. And now without intending to, he's actually assembling his own band to rival griffaith's new band of the hawk

Also amusing was vol26~, when the old witch in the woods died and gatts got the berserker armor, I wonder if the creator had intended from the start to give gatts berserker armor to tie in with the title or not

Must say that Gatts' group seems rather gimpy though: kids (though witchy girl is obviously super uber powerful! and monkey boy is getting fairly decent with his lava dagger thing

), a useless noble lady (gaining use thanks to witch girl

), a deranged casca who is helpless (maybe useful again after they reach elfhelm?) and serpico who is pretty decent

Wonder if that knight who used to be under Farnesse's command is going to end up joining em too.. given his reappearance I would guess it's pretty likely, and he seems pretty capable in a fight atleast.. compared to the rather overpowered apostles under griffaith it doesn't seem like anyone but the witch would be able to do anything and that's only if she's not interupted during her rather long spellcasting trances :x

But then of course, it's probably a long long way til the two groups meet again, since gatts doesn't even know what griffaith and the new band of the hawk are up to yet.. Also is "griffaith" is just Femto's avatar in the real world? (like slan did with the troll intestines, but slightly more permanent..) or is it the true femto/griffaith, and killing him would truely be the end of him? And is griffaith even the bad guy? Sure he did a kinda horrible thing sacrificing his comrades for his dream.. but if they had died in "normal" combat for that same dream nobody would of blamed him would they? From the looks of it I'll be waiting a few years to find out the final ending ><

Nice to see you've caught up

Gatsu's group isn't that bad, the young witch is very very powerful, almost equal to gatsu in power, theres a pretty cool part where she 'falls' into Gatsu while he has his armour on. Farnesse rocks, just for comedy value she changes alot tho.

Theres some pretty funky fights coming up at the moment, i'll not spoil it for you, but not all apostles follow the godhands

some of them are powerful, maybe even more powerful than Zodd (who is clearly one of the best characters in Berserk)

As for Griffith being evil.. well if he was just hunting after his dream, he is now pretty much evil to the core after meeting the Idea of Evil and accepting the price of being the Femto Godhand.

Yeah I know they're not so bad in actuality, but if you just look at a pic of them they almost all look so gimpy lol

compared the the guys in griffith's new group who all look super tough and dangerous etc

Haruhi4 out! Jumps ahead to book3 as the episode title indicated, but next weeks episode returns to the normal timeline.. gives some hints as to what's going to happen later on, and confirms that I was right and everything is true! (btw it seems yuki isn't just an alien, but also uses "incantations" making her truely a magic-using alien... does this mean Mikuru isn't just from the future, but really is a combat waitress? haha

- hmm, she was serving that tea pretty capably at the start! maybe she is a waitress! ). Funny to see to what extent Mikuru has become Haruhi's toy in the future, seemingly completely resigned to cosplaying at haruhi's whim (though still resistant to forced undressing to change outfits) and omg ear nibbling! Yuki's ball blocking skills are quite l33t indeed

shame she doesn't care about winning lol. I have no idea why but I love Tsuruya, all she does is laugh at everything, it's great

Seems to be hints of jealousy from Haruhi at Kyon+Mikuru stuff! Since apparently bad things will happen "again" if he's too protective of mikuru, and when Haruhi is suggesting a ponytail for Mikuru in her cheerleader outfit, Haruhi gets annoyed seeing how kyon is looking at mikuru. Haruhi's pure evil though, "if we lose you have to buy everyone lunch" and then after they win he still has to buy everyone lunch

Anyways it was all great, watch it if you haven't already!!

Hehe i saw it last night

Its funny to see Haruhi jealous of Mikuru when she has Kuons attension. Eat nibbling sceen rocks, am i an evil person for liking her little moans?

It seems everyones in this club just to make sure Haruhi doesn't get angry and destroy the world. I guess that other guy is the esper if Mikuru is the combat waitress from the future

Btw Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni #2 is out, its deffo getting a bit darker, that cute girl looks to be quite the psycho.

Highschool Girls #3 is out by Lime, they said they were stopping this but i guess they changed there mind. One thing i will say is those girls are completly insane. That short one was really cute the way she saved herself by mistake and didn't know what the hell was going on

Magikano #13 is out and the series is over, pretty weird ending but i'll wait before i spoil it.

I've also been watching School Rumble and Air Gear.. just too much to watch this season

ps i don't know if you read the school rumble mange too.. but i can't wait to see the play in the anime, should be a right laugh. I've also started to like the people from class 2D, they are pretty funny.

It's only natural to like her little moans! (atleast that's what I tell myself!)..

Magikano ending wasn't too bad though wasn't quite so funny as most of the rest of the series, yay for the return of neko-pantsu though! And it leaves potential for a whole other series at any time!

I haven't been watching high school girls yet, watched the promo just and was sorta put off.. but I'm sure I'll try it eventually!

Higurashi no naku koro ni is nice, first ep's cliffhanger was a dud as expected.. (cant really kill the main guy after 1 episode afterall!

) but ep was nice, wasn't so much annoying low-quality haremness (it was implied, just didn't take up as much airtime

) and the mysteries start to unfold, have the girls been murdering for 5 years?! surely that can't be, maybe they're not murderers at all, maybe they're in a cult of murderers! maybe they're just possessed by the spirit of that guy whose name I forget whose curse is blamed for the deaths.. (I'm hoping not the last one

) I have no idea really where it's going (besides the OP of ep1 that is) and am just enjoying the mystery and tension and creepyness of cute little girls with large axes!

I haven't read the school rumble manga so I'll just continue enjoying the anime for now.. might read it after the anime ends..

Well the school rumble Manga is only just infront of the Anime (translated anyway). maybe around 4 weeks so it will catch up real fast etc.
