unactivated artis for scrolls....

hand them to 'Artifact Scholar Elmer' in the hall of heroes, he gives you the full book back, done it with 2 artis so far, so it definatly works

was according to the patch notes, but maybe they were lifted verbatim from the goa notes and theyve disabled the sell back in the end as they said they would.

Was hoping they had infact said they werent gonna do it then allowed it in the end anyway just to prevent hording.

Just activated GSV on my vampiir xD for the 5 minutes i managed to stay on the server before they shut them down again

You can either sell the arti to a merchant or get the book for that arti. The arties have diffrent prices.
