Yes you can join and if you have talked to your trainer in TNN to 'activate' the CL xp you will get CL xp tho not as much as you would normally get if you were at that step of the quest. You do not need to do the quests to get to CL5, you get xp from killing mobs, doing quests and rvr.

No AOE casters yet and a druid and bard missing.

Btw, all datetime stamps are in easy format ISO8601 so 1900Z is zulu time 7 pm in the GMT time zone.

I can bring an ES specced Bainshee (Flymsy) or a Druid (Fheister) depending on what you need the most.
