If you actually /USE the items you collect at the steps then ML5.10 with 2 groups is possible.
After all you will have 2 insta 100% heals, 2 avoid judgement and 4 kill either crocs or anubis pots. Having some extras only can help, especially kill croc/anubis pots.
Just takes a little bit longer than usual.
