Fact: Deleting quests and redoing them is at this point not bugabusing in any way. Until that is sorted it should not come to common knowledge that it can be used in such a way. It´s only asking for ppl to use it until an official statement comes.

Oh and Norcott. If things are getting on your nerves so easily you should reconsider posting on a forum. All I did was posting my view of what the thread was about. I did no attack on you whatsoever. If you don´t want any answers its easy to sticky and lock it from the beginning.
Just wanted to explain what I ment with 'lets play fair'. It wasnt intended towards you at all, it was intented in general. To me re-doing the circle of 5 that was is a form of cheating, I hate cheating ... I think ppl who play an online game and that cheat shouldnt be playing. Thats not what games is about. Ppl like that ruin it for everyone that doesnt cheat.

Norcott is an E&E, he got this information from the GM's, so he was so kind to warn ppl about this. E&E's are here to help us, he was only doing his job.

And I dont know if you noticed but only mods can stick and lock threads. There was no way Norc could have sticked and locked the thread himself. He was pm'ing with nana and myself about this thread, and the convo between you and him went pretty fast and got resolved pretty fast aswell. (lock, stick, move)

I read your post over and over, and I can see it being read in two ways. Thats the problem with chats, there is no tone in it, you cant see a persons face ...

That&#180]know[/b]. You are able to delete any quest that still is in the journal. That means any unfinished quest can be deleted.

I haven´t retaken any quest that I have deleted but have passed NPCs that give them out and they have the circle that flags that they have a quest again.

you are missunderstanding grym hun, he said he deleted the ones in his journal. And the ones he deleted he could restart again.

What happens with the circle of 5 is ppl starting that step of the quest and going to the dungeon, and before they kill the last boss they delete the quest and restart it so they would get the same amount of clxp. If you redo the circle of 5 without 'cheating' then you get way less clxp.

edit: bleh grym dont type so fast :p

it was this post that made me belive that you were discussing deleting finished quests and redo them.

edit: as with the word ANY I assumed he actually ment ANY as in uncompleted OR completed quests.

That´s why I said quests in the journal ;)

The fuss about co5 quest is that you get the CL exp bonus from all the 5 bosses again.

Because each boss gives like 5 bubs of CL XP or so and you're only meant to be able to get that once per boss, by doing 5 bosses you get 2.5 levels CL XP or so, if you then delete the quest and start again you get 5 levels CL XP when you kill each boss, you're only meant to be able to earn that big chunk of CL XP per boss once, at least that's my take on it, I don't play euro so can't confirm ;) There are a few high xp quests though, for example take some of the old epic quests, you could just repeat the 43 - 45 portion of the quest over and I'd guess because you don't complete the whole quest until 50.

Not the first time someone has posted a comment like this and it always seems disappointing. To me it is not a one way street.

The onus should not be on the reader alone but the poster as well. The reader needs to wonder how the post was intended and the poster needs to think how it may read.

Not easy but otherwise a lot of genuine people will end up not posting here at all.

Seems to me this subject is a lot of fuss about not very much, just a misunderstanding and nothing worth getting our knickers in a twist over.
