rather horrible tbh I went there with 17 char or so and dident get anything useful, well still as you said was a good idea I guess

I to just got rog things, but the present if you put it on your quick bar and use, it turns into roses, which you cant do anything with either

A guildy got a bottle of heavy liquor.
It does a self buff only that does a -24 dex/qui buff.
Quite a unique drop imo
