Actually.. my opinion on this matter is kinda the same as the guild master's in the respect of, if it ends in a smily then it should be taken as a joke an its wasnt personaly aimed at the victum... it is the victum of him/herself that assumes the comment is automaticly aimed at them....

Now i know how this feels... as i thought every comment make out there was aimed at me..., but anything ACTUALLY directed at the victum shouldnt be dismist becuase of a smiley... an quite frankly anybody that walked upto me ingame and said "Hey Veg... u know (lets just say) ur gay, an everybody knows ur gay cus u wear those stupid horned hats all the time" (yes everybody has permission to laugh at that, it was only off the top of my head... No pun intended) id automaticing invite them to dance with me an my sword (a duel)

to tell the truth... if anybody (friend or foe) was to do that id be seriously pissed off, weather it ended in a smily or not, but if it was said like "u know veg i dont like those horned hats, they have no specs on em at all... an they look silly" (not actually directing the insult towords ME.. but the hat instead) then i woodnt be so pissed off, but directed insults to the person/player must not be dismist as that are personal comments to a friend or foe

well... thats my thoughts on it anyway... an i know.. im a hypocrit about it cus sumtimes i end up doin it without realizeing it, but there u go, thats my two cents (an i apoligize to anybody i have offended in that mannor)
