I'm not asking people to bow down to mods, I'm certainly not asking anyone to have any consideration towards me personally, I think everyone knows by now I really don't give a shit about what people think of me but what I am asking is that people just have a little more consideration and thought for the other mods and admins here and preferably everyone on the forums in general, even if their opinion is different to yours you have to accept that it IS their opinion and even if they're a mod they're fully entitled to it, perhaps they're open to change on that perhaps they're not but the tone of the posts usually gives that away and hence gives you an idea of when to stop bitching.

Finally, just as an example, let's take this thread, we've got a starting post that really sounds like bitching about moderator actions followed by more, what we should instead see is a PM to a moderator or moderators asking it be moved back with clear justification, what we could also have as a result is a debate in the off-topic forum as to whether the forum organisation is the best or whether it should be re-arranged.

It wasnt bitching, i asked a question, nothing more nothing less. If any of the mods here feel like it was whine or bitching then what can i say.

...makes it sound like you're under the assumption we moved it because we didn't think it was useful. More to the point, why make a public thread about it other than to cause trouble when a PM would've solved the problem and had it moved back correctly without any drama? When you make a public thread you're inciting people to discuss it and the wording of your post incites people to discuss it in a way that suggests the mods have done something wrong and done so intentionally.

Lately if ppl cant bitch at Goa they bitch at the mods cant blaim us for being paranoid. And in this case i'm not paraniod.

I cant believe for a minute that you actually belive that. I posted, you replied, 3 pages later im inciting a whine thread.

I posted it on the main forum because it never occourred to me send a pm, far easier to post an @ mods thread in my opinion.

Your reply here is far more inflamatory than my original post (again in my opinion) & if you felt this from the start why not just lock my thread & send me a pm ?

Alot of people here posted valid points about why the post should remain in the mainsection of the forum. But obviously you cant take criticism at all.

Actually, I posted to try and be helpful but apparently that wasn't enough because you still felt the need to post negative threads targetted at mods, even if you didn't say it directly.

Centurion, quite why it's self criticism when I'm not being the one criticised I don't know, but still I guess that's the result of you not reading the thread properly.

Either way, these replies just prove exactly that people seem to think mods are some evil force just out to be difficult, when in fact all actions are taken to try and help, honestly if you don't like how things are done just go away, sure as hell don't whine about it. Sensible discussion about a problem is more than welcome, people being bitchy and whining about moderator decisions can simply go away.
