oh and who cares about reasons for stuff being fixed, just accept it, hope overall its sorted, hope that they communicate its sorted and move on.

I'm not one of the whine cheerleaders, bu imo not having a working xml b4 cluster is stupid...how peeps supposed to know who they grping with, fighting agaist, what guild X Y and Z is in...

But XML is probably worth it on a cost/benefit analysis. It is pretty easy to do and adds to the game.

I *think* you are right. The problem is we don't *know* what Goa are planning, who they get to do the XML etc.

Worst case all the time spent on XML delays the next patch I guess, not that we would know, but I am sure when the patch is released 6 months after the US patch there will be plenty of whine on that too.
