Grymligast wrote:better then the response I got from RN after sending pingplots tbh.

After that response I basicly told them to sod off and that I won´t be bothered using RN again cause its waste of my time.
A reply like that, after the amount of people who must have complained about the lag is just taking the **** tbh.

to quote exacly what I wrote.
me wrote: This last answer clearly shows that you are not looking at what I have been sending you and we are clearly just wasting eachothers time with this.
I will not bother sending any more Right Now reports consider the utterly stupid answers you get that doesnt even have anything to do with the original report.
There is nothing in that answer that isn´t true.

1: I send 2 pingplots that show huge latency on GOAs own IP range
2: I get an answer where they want my dxdiag. Already here it´s obvious they haven´t even checked my plots
3: They answer yet again with a copy/paste answer showing without a doubt they havent even looked at my screenshots I sent them.

The best answer to my RN report would have been

"Thank you for your submitted pingplots. They have been sent forward to our technichians".

That´s it. Nothing more is needed to be said.

Funny thing is in my RN report I did say please actually address the real issues rather then give me some generalistic response which could be used to cover anything.

They objected to this quite strongly, saying they do not do that - nice to see them prove themselves wrong.

With Requiel not posting on prydwen.net for at least the time being should we:-

a) keep hitting RN with our lag related comments on the basis that it lets them know how we feel and Req told us to use official channels

b) let them get on with it on the basis they must know how we feel, how the game is functioning and it diverts attention away from other issues (including restoration).

Not sure what is best tbh - all I do know is this is not nice.

Whine =
1) To utter a plaintive, high-pitched, protracted sound, as in pain, fear, supplication, or complaint.
2)To complain or protest in a childish fashion.
3)To produce a sustained noise of relatively high pitch: jet engines whining.

Shame people seeking for their rights are always calmed down by the quote "stop whining"

lots have already done so & everyone points to GOA's front door, if they say they still want people to send plots, then imo they are dumber then i thought when everyone on there so far shows clearly where the problem is. No point in everyone doing it when its clearly a problem @ goas end which they still have not come upfront & said so or give any ETA of fix... tbh theyve told us...nothing, which dont suprise me :)

& because of the way its gone I have activated a US account, as soon my subs run out on Euro thats it for me, put up with very poor CS/quality of service from goa far too long & now ive seen the light ^^

You have to keep in mind that Opentransit people have to fix this problem. One way to get faster resolution is to have as many different pingplots as possible. If they just provide one which clearly states the problem opentransit can say. Look only 1 person has this problem..low priority. But that gets really hard to do when you have xxx numbers of pingplots showing the same problem.

And once again GOA themselves cannot fix this problem they have to get someone else to do it. Been said alot of times already in this thread Bebop.
