Guild problems

Dealing with lag and LD's is one thing but dealing with weird things going on in the guild is another.
After going LD for the 3th time I logged redlace in and checked the social window to see who was online and my eye cought a new member. When i looked closer the new member had rank 0. Only me and Thand can promote to GM and neither of us did it. (before someone ask, no nobody has access to our accounts) Then i checked the rest of the ppl online. One member had a note by his name written in name of a GM. (if a GM sets a note then it begins with a space and ends with the letters GL) Nor me nor Thand did that. And another member's alt was on a rank nr we never use (and again nor me nor thand gave any promotions today)

The ppl i'm talking about all joined today.

I send a right now straight away, I asked sharkith to check his guild social window to see if he had some type of problem aswell but he didnt. So is it me alone? Is the game bugged again?
Nobody could have done the promotions with me or Thand's account cos from the time the new members got invited till the time I noticed the bugs we didnt go offline. (unless my 3 ld's)

I'm pretty confused atm.

apparently no GM will come here to talk to you either. Let us know what they said in their right never reply at the end of the month.

All i can suggest to people atm, is take screenies of all ur chars imo, then if something happens, at least u know for sure what items u had!

no, but as a large company they should be able to put pressure on the once responsible for the lag/LD/crashes

if something like the crash happens again then this server is dead.
The community is already faltering, every day more friends leave and we arnt seeing new arrivals, the hamster is on its last legs and i fear another shock will kill it.

i think every time we LD, or lag to death, we think about quitting, but each time we log back on simply because its habit, and because we have grown so used to coming home from work and logging onto daoc in the evening to play with people that we have got to know so well. starting a new game is hard, i have tried it, you enter the world and you dont know anyone, no familiar spammers or people to ask for help.

Oh but us settlers have already set up camp for you all to have a fresh start in the new world!
