It refers to the official community board. I'm not sure if FH is considered the official community board (it might be - it might not) but Pryd.net is almost certainly not an official community board.

seeing as there is no official community board run by GOA it would be a bit hard to see community comments and issues there... and as pryd.net and fh have or had links from the official site I think that reason enough for them to see these as community sites

The primary goal of the class team leads are to understand and articulate the challenges and issues facing their class. Secondary goals are to perform testing and otherwise collect data to help determine balance issues or bugs with the class. Class TLs are required to write class reports at intervals determined by the TL coordinator. Class TLs are encouraged to interact with the player base on various DAOC community forums, but are not required.

Looks like i was wrong on that aspect - however if mythic are the same as GOA then you cant just critasize goa - you have to do the same to both companies.

Mythic has in-game support, submit form, friday grab bag and working XML, so need to communicate with people on VNboards is somehow smaller.

I thought that they only needed to visit the official TL private forum. Everything is optional. However, E&E would be Goa's equivalent of TL's. Sanya etc don't have to visit the community forums etc.

Thats one of my points, people seem unable to have a discussion without the swearing. I can't take anyone seriously if they cant make a statement without adding the swearing (it doesnt really add anything else apart from the fact that people get offended or it turns into insults)

expletives are there to help get a point across. people being so angry about something that they resort to swearing isn't exactly uncommon.
at the end of the day, they are just words. people add the connotations to them, and then become offended because of things they have associated with the word.

It seems to me that whenever people express anger or frustration with the service, there are always those that say 'If you don't like it, just leave.'

If you think about it, it's actually saying a lot for the community of hib/pryd that those of us who are worried and upset about the service don't see this as a solution. We care about the server. There is a lot of love here, and I'm not going anywhere without my friends in NFD and my fixed group and the various other people who make hib/pryd special.
