If there was xml available surely it would be already in the original output place? They probably have to write the scripts themselves, yes it's annoying that it's not up, very annoying but what is it than just an extra option. What would you rather have, no cluster or some working xml mm? Each different language server requires translating and they all need to be implemented at the same time. The front-end's the easy part the hard parts the output.

I'd like what we pay for just like every other customer.

Information about our server, a decent playable server and a customer support that isn't arrogant.

mmmm looks like what I said in another thread is starting to happen. Ppl unleash their frustration to much and GM stops responding.
Yes I agree that they shouldnt get away with it, yes the lag is terrible, yes the xml should be done by now, yes the restoration is taking ages ... BUT posts like this only stir things up, get ppl more frustrated and it doesnt do either of us any good.
Its about time we all realise that now matter how hard we moan they will do nothing about it. So either find a new game or just deal with it imo. There is nothing more we can do i'm affraid.

I tend to agree with you to the point that I am not so dissappointed that a GM stops responding I am more dissappointed that the bottom line has to be thrown at us like this clinically cited as a farewell in a thread.

The other side of this, and I think your hitting on this too, is really that many of us enjoy being together chatting. It is a real pleasure to see the familiar names in game as they lag past each other. It is that sentimental attachment to the people here that has us trapped - it certainly is not the service on that we all agree.

Just to give you some personal statistics in the last two weeks I have been unable to play 2 out of the 8 nights that I have set groups or events in the game. Of the other 6 nights 2 were plagued by bad lag spikes of 6-8 seconds at an unpredictable frequency, amny of my firends had frequent LD's and some of those could be traced to GOA. That means I am currently 25-50% down on what I consider to be my best quality time in the game. You have to start asking is it worth it? To be told that the choice you have (which is none) simply makes the urgency of making the decision to quit more acute.

Any sensible customer would have left a long time ago. If a good proportion of the people on this server were to have the courage to follow their convictions I have to say I think right now I would follow.

No cluster to be honest given the problems, especially in rvr, since then.

I found that with the problems I and many others had with goa that it marred the game for me, made me frustrated, so i stopped playing. This has contributed to the death of a guild, which i must say I feel immensely guilty for, but i couldn;t in good concience log onto something i feel has been ruined by bad management.

There i said, it and i won;t be banging on about it anymore.

people are still waiting on stuff from the restoration, cluster appears to have brought lag that is gamebreaking and nothing seems to be done about it, its just sad to see a great server like prydwen and above all the great people on prydwen treated like this.

I know its "just a game" but the people playing it are real.

Quite upset that my points didnt get responded to. I assume because its quite close to home. You've not actually done anything to fix the xml, its not like its 'under investigation' or anything. Its simply not being looked at.

A very small part of the game experience, sure, but also a very clear sign that GoA are understaffed/qualified.

You are not to blame for what happened to IW. Nobody is expecting you to play a game you dont like anymore. You did the best that you could.

other than that i agree with everything else you said.
