Mythic redevelop their XML pages in tandem with the patch development so that the new XML is ready to roll out with - or at least very shortly after - each patch.
We don't get that lead time and it's also not possible to just copy the US XML as it won't work with the international version of the game.
I keep asking about it, and it's still on the list to be sorted out.

Completely unacceptable situation, really. You always say that you have to be carefull what you put on your 'official site' because its the 'official goa company/game site'... yet you've had a broken xml page on there for how long?
Seems a very poor representation for the company, in my opinion. I work very closely with similar sql parsing/queries/forms in my day job, and something like the xml shouldnt take more than a few weeks for you're web team to completely re-write, and thats if they had to start from scratch. If its alot more complicated, I apologise, but I find it much more likely you simply arnt willing to put the man-power in because you have higher priorities.

I would prefer the character restoration to be top of whatever list GOA have - that has gone on too long.
I would also like to know what else is on the list - be interesting to get a feel for what time is spent where.
As for the XML...
The bit that makes me laugh is the line which begins "you will soon be able to..."
That line has been there for months and months. Players really want (and deserve) regular and honest information not a throw away line that is not even checked or updated.

Servers are stable. As stated on the official site and discussed here and elsewhere, the recent crashes of the NF zones were not due to server instability. LDs etc are entirely beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for conditions on the internet outside of our network.

Those two provisions are the only obligations that we have to you in the terms and conditions that you accept when you create an account and log into the game. There's no reference to providing working XML, nothing regarding levels of service or even quality of the servers.

No, restoration is still ongoing. It hasn't been forgotten, neither will it be until it is finished. Again this is something you know, but are once more trying to score cheap points with. That's a shame because it would have been nice to know what items are on the magical list.
You were the one who mentioned it although it could have been a figure of speech. Us players have been through a lot recently so a little bit of goodwill could be generated by giving us a clue as to what items you are intending to work on (even without a timeframe). You never know it may even get us excited.
As for the main GOA web site - given we have seen a few inaccurate statements on it recently, especially involving timescales, why does the term "soon" appear when you have no idea of the timescale involved to fix the xml ? That is clearly misleading and being honest on that site may well have prevented the XML becoming the subject of yet another GOA bashing thread.
