have been voting on class improvements and tradeskill changes
ToA is more or less fine as it is now. Doesnt take to long. Only scrolls can be a pain. Sure LoS bugs etc are a pain but not what i would put in top priority myself.
And regarding BL. I have NO idea why they put Bl on warlock instead of valk. Would have made all the difference in the world for the valk.

I agree with Gandelf... My priority would be:
1.) Player Class Improvements (address class issues and look at ways to make classes more fun and entertaining)
[imo small scale RvR (solo-trio) needs to be balanced]
2.) World Bugs and Fixes (pathing, line of sight problems, etc)
[los abuse, window dragging, strafing, GT los, water speed, ...]
3.) Realm versus Realm (RvR enhancements and options, such as siege improvements and more rewards for RvR participation)
[RvR is the point of this game, so this is THE part of it that needs to go on]
4.) User Interaction (improvements to the player’s interaction with the world and interface elements).
[just copy WoWs UI *cough* - easier way to switch items, lockable quickbars, stuff...]
5.) Roleplaying, Fluff, and Extras (mini games, pets, costumes, emotes, etc)
[always nice, but no one will keep/stop playing cause of this]
6.) Tradeskill improvements (C.O.D. ordering, resource gathering, additional utility in tradeskills, fun factor
[crafting seems pretty much dead in DAoC anyway]
7.) Housing improvements (artistic upgrades, new options, improved interactions with the market explorer, etc)
[i guess CM is the only way to visit housing zone at all - id rather have WoWs auctionhouse

water speed makes me able to kite pepps without pots

UI is fine in my opinion.

Tradeskill needs to be faster and should be accessible in different ways.

ToA is fine in my opinion too. ML 1-10 can be achived in 20-25 hours which lets face it, isn't too bad.

Bugzy with water speed I meant bug with constant speed on water surface, even with 1% HP you swim at normal speed. Not a major thing rly (compared to other problems), just wanted to clarify I'm not against Water breathing buff or sth

With the reference to copying I'd prefer to call it advancing.
If you think about it, all games have copied earlier games but added something to it aswell, all successful games anyway. A game won't make anything if it copies everything exactly so therefore I think this is fair in the games industry.
