seems the stress is down to wether excal peeps wll post their ml raids.
As quin said above people seem to whimper at the thought of intorducing a new forum (wether in peeps interest or not)
I personally would love a ML forum as i think all these ml raids make the forum look untidy but thats just me.
Weve chaned the post option so when people make a raid they can easily put the date of the event in the calender - people have options of being NOTIFIED for this event - I dont see how another forum would make this info easier to read though.
Perhaps if the excal peeps are making alot of raids and the information does appear to being swamped then we can look at making another forum but atm the calender should suffice?
But as quin said above - tis multiple opinions who will decide

The post could still be where they are now...but it would be nice if there was a copy of them in a specific ML section. That way everyone would be satisfied. Also, seems like somebody is already gonna post the prydwen.net raids on FH so we could just get somebody (not me since I never visit that crap forum) to do the same to us. And there you go, mission accomplished.

Calender is great, best way to keep track of what raids are going on today...but I personally prefer to have all the threads lined up infront of me to see what bg/grp steps are planned ahead.

I wont bother explaining this again really...seems to be a bit too hard to understand so either its a really shitty idea or im worthless at explaining my ideas...but either way it seems like it was a bad idea anyway..

I can, but thats not what im talking about. But as I said, 2 moderators are against it already so never mind this stupid idea.

Edit: Banana, do me a favor and just delete this thread. I can see that what im trying so say doesnt seem to reach people anyway.

Im not going to delete it as we havent finished discussing it.
I have said im not against haveing a forum for Mls we just need to prune other sections for that to happen.
And its not a stupid idea so stop saying that.

Ankh, like nana said, she would love a seperate ML section. Quin wants to be convinced and I would also like a seperate ML section. Sooooooo its not a stupid idea, this thread shouldnt be locked and i forgot what else I was going to say!

It is basically a balance. On the one hand, you don't want to spam people with threads in the main forum that they aren't interested in. On the other hand, putting them all in a dedicated forum means that you miss people who would be interested but aren't specifically looking to do that raid. I think the 2nd group is larger.
