had same problem and i click on the little link email and sent um email telling um to allow me to use my new email address as any change of email addrees doues not let u access rightnow

one of my rl friends got the same problem, he can't log on one of his acc's on right now but he can on the other

I did have the same, couldn't get in Right Now.

I asked an E&E and he told me to send an e-mail to subscription@goa.com

I did report there my problem. When I received a mail back from them I did have acces to Right Now.

still waiting! i cancelled my second acc. i'll see if they manage to do anything before the end of the month, otherwise cancelling my main one too.

Regards problems logging on to right now - I requested a password change on an account relatively recently, change went through fine (so i game log with new pw) BUT the right now login was not synchronised to my new password (so i have to use prechange password for right now). Can imagine this causing other people problems as well.

Still missing my Malice Artifact, and havent been able to log onto rightnow to update my report either, was long ago I reported that artifact missing now ;<

Not the problem for me though, still have my orignal pw around and that doesn't work either. Gonna try mailing them cause I need to get my little luri decent again.

Thats not the only thing you can do, you can stop paying them money. If enough people that has been screwd over by GOA does it, it will make them notice. Myself I cant see how you possible want to stay on GOA servers after what have happend, but guess we are all different

My accounts RN numbers are 437 and 490 on the 6th, and still waiting. Considering RN number 300 on the 6th was reported to have been done a week ago and according to GoA they going thru 50-60 RN numbers a day, it does make u wonder what the hell is going on. Anyone know anyone who has been sorted recently and what their RN number was?
