What I'm saying is, in my opinion majority of people here think youre a ***, so put up a poll, and resign if you dont get over 50%.

Why? We've been there before and quite frankly we didn't care then, this is not a democracy as much as you may wish so.

However, as you've taken my offer to give you a 3rd verbal chance at sorting your sig. and dropping the personal attacks and now gone back on it you have now received your 4th warning total and 3rd official warning.

This thread will be locked unless it now from here on continues back on track - end of discussion.

Xest, while I certainly don't agree with abusiveness or personal attacks, & I equally don't want to get into a discussion with you about right & wrong modding, some/most of the recent warnings seem to me to be pretty borderline. If HappyG is banned then there's something seriously wrong, either with the modding, or with the CoC. He has (or had) the highest rating of all posters, which means people agree with a lot of what he says. By sticking so rigidly to the letter of the law you're just provoking people, some might even think you're doing it deliberately for that very reason. If you wouldn't mind me being so cheeky as to offer you a piece of friendly advice - lighten up a bit IMO.

Actually, he only received one warning originally for a single borderline comment, the problem is he has since then escalated on that warning almost constantly since receiving it.

As for the rating system it's flawed, we know it's flawed - there are countless posts that don't deserve positives and countless posts that don't deserve negatives. We're still discussing somewhat what to do about the system overall, a forum upgrade to a new version is due rather soon so it might be the case that we just don't port the system over knowing full well that it actually causes more problems than it solves.

The best thing HappyG could've done is accepted his original warning, contacted me contesting it, I'd have told him it was a very borderline decision and not to worry about it too much because it'll be gone before long. However, what he instead did was created a thread purely aimed at bitching at me (which is now deleted, I can however ressurect it if people want to see for themselves) and also continued on his persistent personal campaign against me. Those are covered directly as personal attacks and flames.

Exactly the CoC is for everyone. But you decided that the person that told me to "shut the fuck" doesn't deserve a warning because I started it. EVEN though the CoC says that flaming people that flame is against the rules.!!!!

ps. I didn't know that saying to some one shut up was a personal attack or flame.
