Fairly odd sword

Right here goes,

I walked trough one of the various traps near beno bridge infront of an Alb, I sprint away, stealth and see him using a sword. Then he swims right to me, and hits me out of stealth. Anyone who has heard of this sword?

I don't get it, I'm saying the area seems wrapped in a lawful way right next to where the text supposedly ends.

But if he's saying it's not a photoshop job then be it. I don't know what could end you up with such a sword.

Mastering an edit like that in photoshop takes 5 minutes or less :p on another note, but what would be the point to edit something like this?

Then that he hits you with his axe, so I suppose it's either some kinda charge on a crafted (low lvl?) weapon or something from a quest or something similar?
