Hi guys as some of you are aware im thinking of quiting the raid leading, but before i do i would like to know how many ppl want me to keep at it, how many ppl dont care, and how many ppl want me to stop.
so please vote using the poll ive put up the the people that do want me to continue please put down what type of raid you would like to see, and theones that want me to stop please give reson's.

The raids are fun (although I couldnt really attend with no equipped chars the past month). Just keep them a bit apart so everyone will have a chance to do the once a month PVE fun thing.
And perhaps make sure you have enough of certain chars before going (signup for the needed chars and when full all can join in).

You should continue because in the raids which I've been on you've been a very good leader imo. Very patient. Thanks to your raid-leading I got my first ever ML10 characters 
I don't know the reasons why you're considering stopping. Have one or two of your recent raids been unsuccessful, or have you been getting flamed or something? The calender has been very crowded the last couple of weeks, a lot of people have still been waiting to get their stuff back or having to redo their templates, & personally I havn't had time to join weekday raids.
Maybe take a short break & concentrate on just having fun ingame until you get your raid-leading-energies back up again

keep running raids but please space them out and give lots of notice. I cannot turn out for two-3 raids every two weeks because I have other commitments in the game to guildies and friends. I think people get too much of a good thing and so become complacent.
You are a good leader and always very patient just give yourself a chance IMO.

nobody wants my advice but i will voice it anyhow :asterixxx
m8, dont give up raids on the basis of one or two failing, this will happen from time to time, the thing is with a Galladoria raid is that it is not a necessary raid and many see it as something they have no need of attending, where as the rest of us see it as a fun evening with some lovely people.
Run these unnecessary raids with more sign up time, and ensure you have enough of certain classes before you start, as shark said.
Run Necessary raids, Artifacts, Ml's, Dragon raids, just not as close together as you do.
and one other thing i notice is that you try too hard to please everyone at once, im saying this mostly regarding your dragon raid tonight.
Now im not sure how many dragon raids you have attended but saying this out of my experience ( though i have only attended 3 dragon raids) it takes an awful looooong borrrrinng time to kill the dragon and then when we finally kill him tonight, we are going to have to wait for repop and start all over again.
now if i was running this i would say if there are over 25 people there will be a lotto for the drops and that i would run another at a later date using the same technique.
your a good fella you just need to be more direct about the raids, lead them to accomplishment not to please.

I liked seeing the hydra again but imo if I would have been you then i would have given up pretty fast, cos it was obvious we wasnt going to make it anyway. he's got a point there about the dragon. It takes ages to drop him and maybe the doing him twice thingy keeps ppl away. Dunno tho!

Quite honestly if it you think about quitting raids then do it.
Some players make excellent raid leaders but it gets down to the bare essence of enjoyment to be a raid leader.
Every raid is chipping a bit off and there comes the point when the dread creeps in even thinking of logging in and getting all the PMs.
I know how I felt after finishing ML1 to 10. It just came to the point where I didn't even wanted to play anymore.
Gave it a real break - some rl events instead (like getting married) - took a holiday (Kesxex goes Albion) and now enjoy the game again.
Being a successful raid leader is NOT to make every raid a success - that's the job of the players. And quite frankly I don't see that commitment often by players anymore. Yes, there is a nice core group of dedicated players who give all but to make big raids like Galla a success means to have more than just this core.
Honestly my advice is to give it a break. Enjoy playing the game itself, make groups with people you know and trust and help out on raids you attend.
Organising raids will come back. I know I like it and it is like a drug. Once you are hooked you never let go. :OohhoO:
