I only get maybe like 10 hours a week in.
My RL acheivments:

Graduated College.
Got my own flat.
Got engaged.
Did some traveling.

IMO though on the topic at hand. Venoid, Aran.... I guess usp, or kesxex.
haven't been on many raids tbh though.
