Phoebus encounter bugged?

Been trying to get Phoebus for my bard last few days, but for some reason 2 of the named ones are allways at same spot. We tried solo pulling 1 of them off and stuff but cant really do it since it returns to same spot.

Question is. Is it bugged or is encounter like that from time to time? Make it a whole lot harder thats for sure

I noticed Theos and Kosma seems to be a bit nearer each other than usual when I was around there a few days ago. And the Naxos and Skyros mobs all seemed out of their usual positions.

Dont remember which 2 but Kosma + 1 of the other named are as close as if holding hands 90% of time, then the one not being Kosma patrol off to meeting point for a bit and go back.

It's Kosma & Hellae, they appear to be linked atm which would make the encounter a little tricky to say the least...

We just did the Phoebus encounter, and killed both mobs.

Hope next time they stay away from eachother

Yeah sorry for incorrect names but they were definitely bugged. Was weird because the Skyros boss would come but the Skyros mobs wouldn't (which they normally should if you get the boss)

Seems like on of those dodgy pop glitches where one mob pops into another's slot. Maybe the Skyros boss was in a Naxos Suppressor slot. It was standing where the suppressor normally does I think.
