You can look up who has voted for what option but cannot make it a "public" vote.

Might have been setting yourself up for disappointment if you expected prydwen.net to be business as usual when the server that is the whole reason for the board's existence is not up. Usually most threads on this board relate to setting up raids or happenings in the game.
