Kind of hard to suddenly say that Xest or mods should be treated differently and then act retrospectively imo but perhaps I am on of those niaive people you mention.

9/10 we cant generally have an arguement with anyone or flame or do some of the things people here are able to do because we are mods.

some of us have a tad difficulty letting go of their non-mod status and still are agressive to others wether deserved or not.

I'm not sure you can move a vote, when we tried just subtracting one from one row and moving one to another it just seems leave the names out of sync with the numbers.

Anyone saying something as offensive as wishing someone dead should get a slap, like a one day ban. Of course with repeated offenders (which Xest isn't, just for the record!) you could extend that period or give him an embarrasing title or summin

About Xest not being able to speak his mind like other people. Of course Xest can say what he wants, he should just be prepared to catch some more flak for it than the average forum poster, just because he's a mod. That is unfair yes, but not something that is possible to change. It's just human nature to envy those with more power.

So we are all players. We all have an opinion. But as a mod you cannot flame (like the rest of us), you cannot be aggressive (like the rest of us) and you cannot argue. Seems a bit harsh to me, why does becoming a mod suddenly mean you have to become gagged ?

My point still stands, either there are different rules advised to mods or there are not.

If not then suddenly making one up and applying it retrospectively is unfair. If there are rules advised to mods then fine but the rest of us mere mortals do not know about it and therefore should not be involved as judge and jury.
