I voted the keep mod rights but suspend.

Xest suspended someone once for whatever reason. Why shouldn't he receive the same treatment?

I kept telling my ex-wife this but she didn't seem to believe it.

I am pretty sure I have upset or annoyed my fair share of forum users in my time, we can all do thoughtless things at times.

Doesn't it depend on the reason Xest banned the person ?
The two situations may not be the same.

Your fault for allowing us spammers the ability to fuck this thread over big time!

You can't compare 2 different situations, and try to solve 1 by using the same outcome as the 1st. Cyfr was suspended for not following instructions given to him directly by a moderator. Xest... er, he did something else! ;)

True.

What i was gettin across was - why can't we use the suspended stick for a moderator if we used it on a normal guy?

Of course it can be used, but the current discussion being debated is whether or not this 'offence' should warrant a suspension.

I really doubt there is anyone who would say that a mod should never be suspended, or even banned.
