Oh and Banana talking about heroes, for me that was HappyG the ranger. As a lvl6 ranger or so i met him and he helped me out loads. Was great knowing someone with a lvl50 char, and i even got a bow and so from him.

Wooohoo, that was some ego boost \o/ I never knew I was a hero

Anyway, what I remember from classic was "sorry rangers can't tank", "try to solo on trees mate!" and being terribly wasted at amgE not knowing infis already invented buff bots Oh, good old days :xest:

Oh, and when talking about waterbeetles, I remember one time I was there and passing enchanter threw me best damage add (and buffs weren't capped at that time afaik). Was a nice slaughter

Thing i remember is deleting my nightshade and all my other chars to move alb prydwen. And when i was there i missed all my friends in hib/pry and then had to come back without my NS

Thand/Satyn still wont let me live it down, but rerolled and hopefully will be out in rvr soon, if pryd get up that is !

Random stuff off the top of me head:

- only rich peeps being able to afford black dye.
- seeing a full GoS grp all in black in BoC and thinking, whoa...
- xping off deargan enchanters on loch dearg island and not knowing if loch dearg really had a monster in it.
- maeloch as a lvl8 elf mentalist b4 I rerolled cos i hated the elvish shoulder pads.
- keeping quiet about my light spec when invited to fins grps (as it turned out would get spammed with invites to fins grps almost daily right till ToA)
- keepers of the sacred nut being one of the most active rvr guilds and us being in their /as.
- being pl'd off daemon aeirs and given tours of BoC etc by eoghan.
- being in another guild before NFD (which shall remain nameless!) for 2 weeks and leaving cos the GM kept spying on us with secret alts!
- silly arguements over legion loot splits.

Did miss a fair amount of the early stage of the game tbh, just after starting ended up moving abroad and took a few months to get back online. By that time most peeps I knew seemed to be 40+ and I was still lvl8.

ohhh yes its all a blur... first char i ever rolled was a firby blademaster but found out they were gimps (which they were before boosts) rolled warden that i liked, i remember killing mobs near cliffs of moher with a few ppl and one tank kept asking for the "bubble" (only then i knew what that buff was for).....

running solo in amgE and was getting jumped by 4 albs when along came a solo champ by the name of BFR and kicked all there asses....

3 man group keep take in OF.... yes me, maeloch and some other gimp were bored

2 man group killing all epic mobs in CF .... yes me and maeloch were bored

never completeing warden epic.. that cornicus can shove his horn where de sun dont shine....

some gimp named finche bugging me for 4fins spot.... i hated being list keeper
