Whats wrong with that Boppa? As IRvR looks lately, DAoC is already becomming WoW, and I don't see the fun when you kill someone and hes back on the field faster than you regan your HP.

A rez sick caster may as well go afk for a few min, id rather just get up again & get straight back to it & have fun...if i died within 2mins so be id rather die within those 2mins again than sit around doing fk all :

Rezz sick has been around since day 1 with the only change being it now effects run speed too, IRvR hasn't been around long & its upto the players if we want IRvR or not, anyone of us can put a stop to it & I actually prefer the IRvR, dont have to travel for 15+ mins to find enemy only to be steam rolled, At least IRvR gives more fights/bigger fights/3-way fights & more fun imo, but this wasnt mythics idea, it was the players themselves & i can bet if it continues Mythic will do summit to stop it cuz thats the kind of clueless idiots they are. If people dont like IRvR, its simlpe....dont go to that area

Maybe a future expansion will be called "Dark Age of Camelot-Mars Colonies"?

Mythic will reveal some hitherto undiscovered chamber in the pyramid in Stygia. The chamber will contain alien hieroglyphics that speak of men who came from the Red Planet and who left hidden knowledge about activating a new kind of portal stone that teleports you to Mars.

This would then open up the possibility of space combat, as undoubtedly the Martians would have space vehicles... buggies, trade ships, fighter craft, etc. etc.

There would also conveniently be three rival factions on Mars (each one slightly different in appearance), and delegates from the three Earth realms would meet with these Martians to form alliances... thus providing new races and classes. These new Martian races would have evolved to breathe the thin Martian air, whereas the normal Earth races would have to use space-breathing pots... or save up 5 Plat to undergo a special operation to replace their lungs with Martian lungs, so that pots would not be needed.

Might as well have this expansion, or something like it, because Mythic like to introduce new expansions that have nothing or little to do with the Dark Ages and Athurian legend!

....The chances of an expansion coming from Mars are a million to one, Mythic said... but still they come!

Well gandelf some(say 95%) of the toa stuff comes from very interesting myths

Puts up weird questions too though

for example:

Typhon battled with Zues, he was kilometres long and threw a big mountain at him, Zues answered this by sending the mountain back with thousands of thunderbolts right on Typhon's head. The myth says typhon is now buried below the volcano Etna/Aetna on Sicily, and from time to time people believe he shows his rage for being trapped with volcano activity

So that would mean the oceanus zones are meditteranean, and typhons reach would b sicily, where the ashen isles would b the base of the volcano Etna? yeah right
