Maybe they should have bigger staff then ? I am sorry i really dont care about _their_ problems, i want a working system if i pay for it.

You do pay for an XML service? I payed nothing for an XML service so far. All I payed was for a running game server and for keeping my account... and with far less than 5% downtime that is fullfilled quite good I think... btw. do you want to pay 25 € per account for the game so that they can hire more personal to ensure the XML files are up? I for certain don't.

I am a customer of GoA. Goa is providing a service to check my (payed) character's stats, which is not really working. Thats it, no more.
The account price is a really bad example, if you are running a business, you should know what do you want to sell and provide as value adding, and how much will be that cost, and how much you have to ask for it from the customer.
I say again, i understand them, but i dont care on their problem.
It is obvious for me, they are cutting their cost, one of that sign the undernumbered staff.
