What classes are needed in Hib these days?
Roll a warden, dont go Firbolg. Put 15 in con at start get Ml8, have a template based on con/hp/af and learn how to Bg. Make your char 49 nurture and 28ish parry 33 reg, poo weapon and you will have a group everytime you login if you are prepared to get to RR4-5 in short space of time. Aim for 2300 HP and 50AF at RR5 and voila you last an extra round of combat.
Oh and if you don't get ml8, you won't get a group.

there is no shortage on BM's here(from a view of a BM), but BM is real fun playing when you once lvl 50 decent outfitted , Banelord ML and some RR.Ethild wrote:In eclipse alliance 90% of the "Looking for..." requests are for BMs, and perhaps heros. Our group normally finds it hard to find a bard too, but thats just us. There is definately a shortage of BMs from my perspective.
With a BB you can also very easy solo in NF.(But remember my first sentence).
Arkaon / Karak-Norn
and plenty of other chars between 10 and 30
Levelling as druid will be no fun at all. People have their buffbots to take care of this in PvE so expect serious soloing - which isn't really fun as druid specced for RvR.
Good thing is that if you know how to chain low blues all day long without break then as a druid you never ever break out in sweat (same counts for warden). As effective as most other chars soloing, including chanter. What these chars can do in one go (and then sit down) a druid/warden can do over time.
At higher levels power becomes an issue but that is easily controlled by pots which costs are not high when you hunt.
If you go for a druid, keep your nurture and nature high till level 40 and then /respec out of one and go to regrowth. This way you have quite a nice solo capability.
Druids have one main role in RvR: Healing. Considering that damage dealt is never healed this job can be very frustrating and very rewarding. At least druids are not treated like automatons like clerics in Alb.
Wardens have more roles they can perform. Depends lot on personal playstyle how they perform but most have multifunctional roles that can be overpowering at first till you get used to it. Then again once you are settled (and known) then a warden becomes a truelly rewarding experience. Just expect it a drawn out uphill struggle to reach RR5 and ML8.
