No, you have to lock seperately from the posted warning.

So you posted you were going to lock it, then wrote your last 'flame', then locked it, with a 10 minute difference between the posts?

from my personal experience with Xest i would say about 23 seconds

Whilst I was locking it and making the warning post he made another post so I posted his final say over. He then persisted with 3 more posts afterwards which were removed (intention is to try and keep the thread they were posted in clean so it could be continued on in as normal).
