Apparently not, at least the insurgents doesn't feel that way. But they don't seem to care really anyways, as the 13 virgins are waiting for them no matter what they seem to do, even killing their own people.isnt it dangerous to blow up pipelines?
Trust me, if it was just that easy. In danger of sounding racist (my apologies) then the people downhere seem to lack the understanding of simple words like "no" even in their own language! We've also been ordered not to swear at them in their own language, tieing up our hands even more. Concerning the lack of firing, our AOR is around Basrah, the southern part and at the moment it's very quiet here, except for a few tribal feuds which seem to fix themselves in time, of course, us having patrols cruising their neighbourhood 20 hours a day while they negotiate might help them fix their feuds a bit quicker.
