What I want to know is ; Are the stones SUPOSED to be 100% drop?
I dont mean do the "droptables" say 99somthing %..
I dont care what the code says, code can be wrong, error, typo, bug..
What I want to know is if its MEANT to be 100% drop or not.
Requiel checks the droptable, thats fine enought but the droptable was created by a human. Did that human have the intention to make it 100% but got it wrong?
Or did the boss of it all - developers - want it to be 99% for some reason (to piss of people?) ?
To sum up it´s complete trash what the tables say Requiel, its what they are intended to say that matters, dont you agree?
Dragon Respec stones, Goa's Responce
wouldn't be the first time that some patch notes from Mythic has been incorrect.
In fact, the human error may be from the person that wrote the notes on drops of respec stones back then, seeing the percentage being 99% or more (wild guess) He just wrote "WILL" instead of may.
No, I can't come up with evidence of wrong documentations, as they've been corrected and I don't remember which ones they were.

And this only some Mythic Functional team lead can answer. You would have to look up the original version 1.0 of the functional design of the change. Personally with me (and the projects i am on) the code > documentation due to the well known fact of the documentation skills of programmers
