No it isn't, a WILL drop is a 100% drop, 99% is a real high chance, so either GOA messed up the patch notes or Requiel is lying, I prefer to believe in the first, since nothing Requiel has done so far for raids I attended and other stuff makes me believe he lies.

My theory? If Requiel's right about the euro dragon drop tables, it's just a usual typical story of GOA messing up script/code in translation, not like it hasn't happened a million times before, there's never been a case I could find on US servers where both sets of stones haven't dropped.

To be frank, it dosn't matter if Requiel lied or if he didn't.
What matters is that the patch notes say 'WILL' not, 'have a chance to drop'. No matter who's fault it is, mythic or goa's, the patch notes which the players are provided with told them they would get the stones and they havnt.

Players don't have access to the loot tables to see if patch notes are correct, so patch notes are taken as fact (especialy ones which have been around for months without any cause for concern).

The players should be rewarded with their stones and then either the database changed or patch notes corrected.

If a subscription was displayed as £8 but £30 was taken from your account you wouldn't be best pleased and certainly wouldn't want to be confronted with 'Oh well, the billing code takes £30 out' would you.

Even GOA patch notes say respec stones "will" drop. So if something will happen, I and I guess almost anyone else expects that it will happen, not that it has a 99.99% chance of happening, then it would be highly probable that they drop.

You should clarify then what drops really WILL (seen a german community manager writing that he could count them with both hands) drop and what drops have a (although very high) chance to drop. So you might perhaps consider informing us about which drops really *will* drop and which not if we can't believe the patch notes any more.

Would you lot back off for a minute and look at what youre saying.

You got a reasonable answer, unlike the 'tabled, need specifics' and Requiel is being polite enough to take unwarrented abuse, slander and having his company insulted to give you your answers. Now, Goa have made several codebase changes, hurling for example is one of them, Mythic have taken that code and run with it. Statistically 99/100 times is enough to say 'Dragon will drop stones', because that 1% chance wont come up very much, in this case, it did, and for crying out loud, its RA stones, they arent exactly RARE are they? SO quit whining for goodness sake and go kill the lizard again.

If it happens SEVERAL times, then yes, you might have a case for concern, but right now, youre acting like spoilt brats and I for one think certain people owe Requiel an apology for their crummy behaviour.
