What's been said already basically.
Send an email to subscription(at)goa(dot)com with all your registered details - name, address, original email address and cd-keys. Give them a new email address (one that you can get into) and they will change the registered email address for you. When that's been done you can request new subs and game passwords from the automatic email system on the subs page.
I wouldn't recommend using a Hotmail address incidentally as they tend to filter out all emails coming from noreply addresses. This means we'll reply to you but you won't recieve it. You'll then get cross cos you've not heard anything for weeks, complain and we'll tell you we replied already. You won't get that email either and thus whine threads are born.
