Ikea's come in several peices, they have a magical ability to build themselves however there is always a chance an Ikea may be missing a peice and will need to go on a mamoth quest to find the missing peice. Ikea's come from the dence woods in the North of Domann and are made out of cheap wood that will break just after the Ikea's warrenty expires.

The UK isn't the only country where the only "add" is mouth to mouth, in Denmark we aint got any adds at all for the game, it's like GOA forgot to add for the game in the entire Europe.

And yes, if we could play all servers in english that would be so much better, I cant understand why Mythic accepted that GOA made a french and german version to begin with, almost all of Europe speaks english (some may not wanna speak this but thats their problem imo).

And anyone with half a brain would have seen that the point I was talking about was new players coming to the game AFTER clustering, which means by definition that they can't create the characters now.

Sorry Pikeh, I don't mean to be insulting but the point of this thread was NOT about current players, but about new players and how it can be marketed to them in the future.

Unless the game can bring in new blood and new players, over a period of time it will die because eventually people stop playing and move on to new pastures. Just look at how many people have recently said that after X years of playing they are giving up to do other things. Unless they are replaced by new blood the population will fall, and new blood has to be recruited from somewhere. To recruit new people the product offer has to be attractive and THAT is the point of my question. Will the product offer be attractive to new players and what do GOA need to do to make it so?

Correct, and on the net there arent much advertising either. It's odd when you call swedens biggest software distributer and they almost didnt know what dark age of camelot was (when I was gonna pre-order catacombs) and they sure as hell didnt know of any expansion. Something is seriously wrong when you get that kind of reply. Imo they need to make sure they get more players and if they do get them perhaps they can offer us more than 2 english servers too. Or more kinds of servers (I'd like to see an all nude server!)
