Wrong; you can enter Aerus City when you 'just' dinged ML8 (that is: You got the ability of ML8). For obtaining ML9 you need *ALL* ML9 groupsteps in Aerus City + getting the required ML-XP. After that you can get the ML9 Ability and enter Celestial.

So you do need the ML-XP to get from ML8 --> ML9

How often do you change your title or whatever anyhow Ankh ;P and wish i could join, aint high enough still, havent had the time to get that far, am waiting for ML5 the 27 still ;D
